BISAC (Big Island Substance Abuse Council) knows how stressful it can be for a child who is being removed from their home… or one returning to their home after being in Foster Care.  These “Therapy Bags” contain a Stuffed Animal”, some kind of activity (like a coloring book and crayons) and more.  The children now have something that is “just their own” to keep with them.  Mahalo, BISAC!
