Nine Friends’ Board members, spouses and volunteers participated in the annual Charity Walk on May 10, 2014 at the beautiful Mauna Lani  In addition to Walkers, The Friends worked a water relief station, pictured here.

“The Charity Walk is a great opportunity for our Friends to participate in a community event,” said Jon Countess, Board Secretary.  “We can help make the overall event better and we’ve been blessed over the years with donations coming back to us from the Walk,” concluded Countess.

The Friends will again be participating in the upcoming May, 2015 Walk.  Anyone wanting to walk with the Friends should call our Friends office at 935-8755.
