Every year, the FRIENDS provide Gift Cards for TEENS.
It seems that other organizations, like Toys for Tots, help younger aged children… but who remembers the TEENS? The FRIENDS, that’s who!
Because of your financial help, along with grants and other donations, the FRIENDS were able to fund $50 Gift Cards for 274 teens. That’s $13,700! And every year a cadre of retired teachers, joined by our wonderful volunteers, decorate the cards for the teens. Mahalo, teachers and volunteers!
